Last summer we had 7 camps. They were such a big hit that we are more than doubling that for 2023! Check out the details and camp offerings below.
Spaces are limited!
We like to keep class sizes small for a better student to teacher ratio.
Camp Costs
- Deposit & Balance: all camps require a $50 non-refundable deposit which will be charged to your card shortly after you register. The balance will be charged 4 weeks before your camp begins and is also non-refundable.
- 5-day camps: $210
- 4-day camps: $180
- Art camp: $20 materials fee will be added
- Sibling discount: $10 off for each additional sibling
Camp Policies
- Deposit and final payments are non-refundable (unless a camp is canceled by Music Lab).
- Camps must have a minimum number of registered students in order to proceed (varies per camp). In the event that this number is not met and the camp is canceled, registered students will receive a full refund or can opt to apply the credit towards a different camp.
- Students must be picked up on time. We do not provide child care!
- Please keep sick children at home.

Follow this link to complete our Lesson Sign-Up Form. You can select any instrument and put “Camp” for Preferred Days and Times. Be sure to check the boxes for the camp(s) for which you would like to register.

2023 Summer Camps


MINI MUSICIANS (12 spots)
- June 19-22nd (9-11am)
- ages 4+
- Taught by: Sean and kelly
Looking for a fun, engaging activity for your little ones? Much like our “Keep the Beat” class, this camp will feature lessons in music and percussion using a variety of instruments, games, songs and activities! This camp is designed for young children to jumpstart their musical skill and knowledge. There will even be a performance at the end of the week for parents to enjoy.
IN THE SPOTLIGHT (10 spots)

- Ages 6-12 (9-11am)
- Ages 13-17(12-2pm)
- Taught by: Lizzy and Amy
Want to become a well-rounded musical theatre performer? This camp will feature lessons in voice, dance and acting through fun improv games, musical dance exercises and scene work with Miss Lizzy, B.A. Musical Theatre. Students of all experience levels are welcome, and will perform at the end of the week showcase!
PIANO PARTY (6 spots)
- June 12-16th (9-11am)
- Ages 6+
- Taught by: Inna and Kelly
Join us for 5 days of piano and fun! This introductory course will allow students to work with our talented instructors to learn the basics of piano, keyboard and theory or further their preexisting knowledge and skills. Learning a few songs along the way, they will have an opportunity to showcase their learning at the end of the week in front of parents.
GUITAR HEROES (10 spots)
- June12-16th (12-2pm)
- Ages 6+
- Taught by: Will and Jevon
Students will be split up into beginning or intermediate classes, but will do some group activities.Our beginners will learn fundamental guitar theory, strum patterns and basic chord progressions. Intermediate students will further their knowledge and skills throughout the week, specifically targeting more advanced strum patterns, riffs and scales. All of the students will get to perform at the end of the week at our Friday showcase.
DISNEY VOICE CAMP (15 spots)

- Taught by: Lizzy and Abby
Calling all Disney lovers! Students will get to train their vocal talent with activities revolving around all of our favorite Disney songs and movies. Students of any experience level are welcome to join us. We will even dress up as our favorite characters for the end of camp showcase. This camp will be practically perfect in every way!

MULTI-INSTRUMENT CAMP (12 spots)
- June 26-30th
- Ages 5-8 (9-11am) taught by: Will, Sean and Jevon
- Ages 9+ (12-2pm) taught by: Will, Ryan and Jevon
Looking to get into weekly lessons but not sure where to start? This beginner camp will provide an opportunity to dabble in a bit of everything to figure out what instrument sticks out to each of the campers. They will get hands-on learning experience in piano, guitar, drums, ukulele and bass, with a performance opportunity at the end of the week.
UKULELE CAMP
- July 10-14th
- Taught by: Lizzy and Jevon
- Ages 5 – 8 (9-11am) (6 spots)
- Ages 8+ (12-2pm) (8 spots)
Uke camp was such a blast last year, we just had to bring it back! Provided with ukuleles, campers will get to learn a variety of chords, songs, strumming patterns and theory behind uke playing. In the intermediate camp, students will be challenged to further their ukulele talent and develop new techniques. The songs learned will be performed at a small recital at the end of the week.
ROCK BAND CAMP (6 spots)
- July 17-21st (12-2pm)
- For strong beginners or intermediate musicians
- Taught by: Will
Are you ready to rock?! Much like our “Jam Lab” group class, this camp will be an intensive band camp for strong beginner to intermediate performers. Students will form a band and jam through some rockin’ tunes with the guidance from our instructors. Parents will enjoy a performance at the end of the week! ARTIST’S ACADEMY (8 spots)
- July 17-21st (9:30 – 11:30am)
- Grades 4th-8th
- Taught by: Krissy with help from Lizzy
Join Krissy Brainard for a week of artistry and invention. Krissy is a credentialed teacher for FCUSD who’s been teaching art to 4-8th graders for the past 20 years. Students will utilize a variety of artistic mediums to hone their artistic skills, while discovering how music can be incorporated into art. Pieces and instruments crafted during the camp will be showcased in an “open house” at the end of the week.
THE ACTING ACADEMY (14 spots)
- July 24-28th
- Ages 7-12 (9-11am)
- Taught by: Amy and Lizzy
For anyone wanting to expand their improvisational talent and acting impulses, this camp is for you! This week is an introductory acting intensive that will challenge campers to find their best self and bring it into their work. The camp is packed full of improv games, scene work and fun with B.A. Musical Theatre instructor, Miss Lizzy, including a performance at the end of the week.
PITCH PERFECT CAMP (15 spots)
- July 31-August 4th
- Ages 7-12 (9-11am) taught by: Lizzy and Abby
- Ages 13-17 (12-2pm) taught by: Amy and Lizzy
Become a star! Train with our talented instructors to improve your singing ability. Students of any skill level will get the opportunity to be coached both one on one, and in a group setting. The week will be spent learning about vocal health, technique, and theory. Students will record a demo and perform for a showcase at the end of the camp!
