Our Summer Camps were a big hit! Thanks to our 30 campers who made each camp so fun and memorable!

This summer we had 2 Uke Camps, 2 Voice Camps, a Musical Instrument Camp, and 2 Musical Theater Camps! Our June camps were such a hit we had parents and kids asking for more, so we added camps in July and August. A big thanks to all the parents who helped and encourage their children to participate. You all have such talented and delightful kids — thank you for sharing them with us! We’re look forwad to the Sumer of 2023!

You can see more information about the camps below. Also be sure to check us out more pics and videos on Facebook and Instagram.

Musical Theater Camp

Session II: 12pm – 2pm (6th – 12th grades)

Students will work with vocal coach and B.A. Musical Theater holder, Lizzy, to learn and practice the elements of musical theater. While participating in engaging games and activities, students will get singing and theory lessons, learn the basics of acting and improv, and even engage in some movement and dance! At the end of the week, students will be able to grasp the fundamental concepts of musical theater and will have strengthened their performance ability and technique. We will have a showcase on Friday so you can see all their newly learned talents!

Space is limited to 8 students

Musical Instrument Camp

9am – 11am (1st – 5th grades)

Students will have the opportunity to work with all of our Music Lab instructors and learn the basics of a wide variety of instruments! Students will be provided with these instruments during class so each of them will have ample time to get hands on experience. They will get to learn guitar, piano, ukelele, bass, and drums! Students will focus on a particular instrument the last couple days.  By the end of the week, they will have learned the fundamentals of playing these instruments and be able to play a song on one or more of them.

Space is limited to 12 students

Voice Camp

Time: 9 – 11am (1st – 5th grades)

Students will work with Vocal Coach, Lizzy, to learn the fundamentals of singing and music theory. Through fun and upbeat games and exercises, students will learn vocal warm ups, ear training, theory, vocal health and proper vocal technique. They will work together to learn a group piece and learn the basics of choral singing and solo work. By the end of the week, students will know how to warm up and take care of their voice, understand the basic concepts of music theory, and be able to perform a piece as a class. For music theory, students will be able to identify symbols used in music, such as dynamic signs (loud or soft music signals) and tempo marking (music speed signals) and learn the basics of music note reading and more! We will have a showcase on Friday so you can see all their newly learned talents!
